		<description>It&#039;s sad and outrageous but no worse than the District of Columbia spending $600 million for a stadium with the apparent rationale that it will allow gentrification of the Anacostia neighborhood.  (But, I have to acknowledge that the stadium benefits me personally as someone that does not live in DC or pay taxes here.)</description>
