		<description>I&#039;m kind of surprised by this. I guess $13 m isn&#039;t that low, but I can&#039;t see any way the Giants win the case.  Lincecum has won two consecutive Cy Youngs. The special accomplishment clause will trigger. Maybe the pot bust hinders him a little, but I don&#039;t think it should be that big a deal.  He has no reason to even bother entertaining a one-year settlement. My guess is that the Giants sign him long-term.</description>
