Nicely done — I particularly liked the fact you stressed that the success of the Twins is based on their exploitation of the market distortions (essentially, good younger players produce more value per dollar than equivalently skilled free agents).
And it occurs to me now that someone should have asked a question about the economic “benefits” publically funded ballparks. You’ve written some good stuff about that in the past — perhaps for your next appearance on a Freakonomics Q&A!
